Delete it yourself

You can delete your account at any time, straight away:

• In the Carabo app- More, then Settings, then Profile & Security, then Delete account.
• On the web - sign in, then Settings, then Profile & Security, then Delete account.

Can't sign in? Email support@carabo.appfrom the email address on your account and we'll delete it for you within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your login, name, phone number and photo.
• If you own a business on Carabo: the business, its public page and website, and its customers' names and contact details. Everyone on your team loses access, and your Carabo subscription stops straight away.
• If you're part of someone else's business: you're removed from it. Their business and its records stay with them.

What is kept, and for how long

Invoices, payments and tax figures are kept for one year after deletion for legal, accounting and dispute-resolution reasons, with customer details removed. They are then deleted. Payment records held by Stripe follow Stripe's own retention rules. See our privacy policy for more.
